I began making horse show tails for my "horsey" friends and family. It has now become a small business!  I have shown horses for years, and know the cost of showing is tremendous. Therefore, instead of marking the tails up incredible amounts, I pass the chance on to you to save money!

Tail extensions are almost a MUST now days. They make such a huge difference in the overall picture of the horse and rider. Take a look at my tails and prices, and decide for yourself! I am always happy to answer any questions, so contact me!

All tail extensions are made of real, natural, undyed horse hair.  These tails are all legal hair-to-hair attachments, making them legal for many associations including AQHA, NSBA, APHA PtHA, PHBA and many others.  My tail extensions will not fall out if properly attached, and will move naturally with the horse's own tail.  See my care and instruction page.

I also so tail repairs:  Prices start at $10.00 to repair loops, plus $6.00 shipping.  I will also make a tail from hair collected from that special horse that has passed away.  Price is $25.00 plus $6.00 shipping.  Hair must be neatly rubber-banded.

All horses are different. In order to get the right length of tail for your horse, you will probably need to measure. When measuring for a tail extension, measure from 1" above the end of the horse's tailbone down to about mid-ankle (any longer and the extension will get stepped on when backing).  This will be the length your horse will need.

The photo at right consists of a Black and White tail for APHA horses. This one pictured is a full lb tail. 1/2 lb of white and 1/2 lb on the inside of black hairs. If you are interested in one of these types of tails, please email me for details and price. Also available in sorrel/white.

I usually have all colors and most lengths in stock.  However if an item is out of stock I can usually have another one ready to ship within a week.  Contact me for available stock colors and lengths.
